Plywood Bigfoot

Before you cut anything. Print with page scaling set to 100 percent or "actual size", never "fit to page". Then measure the ruler printed under each shape. If it does not measure what it says it measures, the printer scaled the page and every dimension on it is wrong.

Bigfoot, 76 in. tall

Finished size 33" wide by 76" tall. This one prints at 13 percent, because the real thing is bigger than a sheet of paper. Two ways to use it: take it to a copy store and ask for 800 percent enlargement, or copy it square by square onto your stock, where every printed square is 8 in. on the real piece.

01234check this measures 4 in.

The two notches under the arms and the one between the legs are the only tricky cuts, and none of them is an enclosed hole, so there is nothing to drill. Cut into each notch from the outside, back the blade out, and come at the other face from the other side. Nothing on the outline is thinner than the wrists at 2-3/4 in., so if your chalk has gone under that somewhere, the chalk is wrong and not the plan.
